Louise did not follow a conventional path. She began in architecture, transitioned into product design, and now works at Palantir Technologies as the sole designer embedded within a team of engineers and product managers. She designs across Palantir's core applications and has launched beta products used by thousands of customers in high-stakes environments. Her systems-level thinking traces back to YGS, where she developed the discipline to execute complex ideas while maintaining creative clarity.
